Practitioner
Delivers under supervision: produces the nine deliverables inside an engagement overseen by a Certified consultant or the programme director.
Certified
Delivers autonomously and co-sells: runs full engagements and countersigns Practitioners' deliverables.
Trainer
Teaches and audits: runs cohorts, administers assessments and audits certified delivery.
CURRICULUM
Two weeks, 75 supervised hours
M1 · Fundamentals
AI in regulated environments. One day.
M2 · The method end to end
Three days. The core of the course.
M3 · Operational regulation
AI Act, NIS2, DORA, board to ops. Two days.
M4 · Delivery and the library
The nine deliverables and the quality chain. Two days.
M5 · Presence and co-selling
Consulting presence. Two days.
One running case
A complete bancassurance case exposed on credit scoring and pricing.
Assessment with teeth
A 40-question exam with a 70 percent pass mark. A case-study board read-out marked on five criteria. A first real deliverable under double marking within three months. Annual half-day recertification for every level.
No client deliverable goes out without the countersignature of a Certified consultant or the programme director.
