Who we are
F'usness SRL, rue de Bovesse 29, B-5081 Bovesse, Belgium, company number 0819.164.109 (BCE), is the controller for personal data processed on this website. Contact: michael@fusness.com. We have not appointed a data protection officer; the scale of our processing does not require one.
What we process, why, and on what legal basis
1. Email exchanges you initiate: identity, work email, company, role and your message. Purpose: answering your request and following up on it. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR) or our legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries (art. 6.1.f). Retention: up to 24 months after our last exchange, longer only if we enter into a contract.
2. Newsletter, once it opens: email address, subscription date and proof of consent. Legal basis: your consent (art. 6.1.a), withdrawable at any time through the unsubscribe link present in every message. Retention: until you unsubscribe.
3. Technical server logs: IP address, requested pages, timestamps. Purpose: security and proper operation of the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f). Retention: 12 months.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell it.
Recipients
Our technical providers act as processors under data processing agreements: GoDaddy.com, LLC (hosting; United States). Transfers outside the European Economic Area rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable.
Your rights
You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to michael@fusness.com; we answer within one month. You may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority: Autorité de protection des données, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, autoriteprotectiondonnees.be.
